The Role

As an Account Administration Specialist you will handle custodianship of credit folders for Auto Loans

How you'll contribute

  • Responds request from Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) in order to deliver commitment to internal and external clients
  • Validates records in Collateral Management System (GDS) by updating the status of loan documents for proper handling.
  • Organize complied loan documents by proper filing inside the Credit Folder to avoid damage or loss.
  • Monitors safekeeping and pull-out of Credit Folders inside the filing room to avoid loss that may result client complaints.
  • Prepares copy of loan documents through scanning to provide welcome kit to client.
  • Arranges Credit Folders of all Consumer Loan Products inside the filing room to avoid damage or loss.

  • What we're looking for

    • At least 0-2 years of experience
    • Bachelor's / College Degree Business Studies/Administration/Management
    • Knowledge of the Consumer Lending process and documentation
    • Result-oriented and team player
    • Able to communicate effectively with all level of the organization and external parties
