This is a full-time Operations Manager role for our office in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our Cebu office, managing personnel, coordinating schedules, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. Additionally, the Operations Manager will play a key role in optimizing processes, implementing best practices, and maintaining standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Operations Management and Process Optimization skills
- Experience in the cleaning or maintenance industry
- Knowledge of sanitation and property maintenance technology
- Problem-solving and Decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Hotel Operations Management, or related field
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
