Role and Responsibilities
- Role is in our Customer Operations team overseeing UK tenancy applications. Reviewing information for accuracy, updating statuses.
- Following procedure, rules, in processing applications. High level of responsibility.
- Dealing with clients (agents and landlords) typically through email though sometimes calling (estimate 10-20 short calls a day to acquire necessary information).
- Following up and responding to renters who write into support e.g. missing information or clarifications.
Skills, Attributes, Experience
- Able to follow processes and attention to detail.
- Team player. Able to work effectively with others. Demonstrates leadership qualities.
- Experience in using CRM systems.
- Experience handling sensitive information such as personal details.
- Good/Excellent English, both written and verbal.
- Able to work from home. Quiet surroundings required and computer / fast internet line.
- Online real estate industry experience preferable to other online companies (gaming, e-commerce).
- Fast learner. Training will be provided.
- Background/Experience in Banks, Tech companies.
- Management experience.
- A can-do attitude and supportive of others.
- Responsible and trustworthy. Reliable.
- Friendly demeanour.
- UK hours (9am - 6pm, GMT + 1)
- Available for immediate start.
