What role will you play?
You will administer compliance systems and the compliance certification program, review outside business activities requests for staff and pre-hire candidates and review staff accounts, clearance requests and trading records. You will also undertake ongoing monitoring of staff trading activities, respond to personal compliance queries, advise staff, assist key stakeholders with policy and related matters and process and perform reviews related to personal compliance policies.
Additionally, you will monitor, report and escalate compliance issues, investigate and resolve escalation alerts and complete assurance reviews of processes and workflows, including reporting and personal compliance metrics. Working collaboratively with geographically dispersed teams, you will also contribute to ad-hoc projects that support personal compliance across the group, exercising sound judgment.

- A self-driven and curious individual with the ability to develop into a subject matter expert in compliance policies, processes and procedures
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in compliance or risk management, ideally developed in financial services or the professional services industry
- Technical expertise in data analytics, projects, strategy and framework is an advantage.
