Position: HR Business Partner - Senior

Overview:

Under the management of the HR Manager or Sr. HR Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring the conduct and implementation of legally acceptable Human Resources management functions across programs in one or multiple sites. He/she will be involved in people issue consultations, culture management, program roll outs, training and change management by effectively partnering with program leaders across all levels of the organization. As a senior officer, the HR Business Partner will serve as the main escalation point for any site-related issue or program related issue. He/She will manage and provide training to other business partners in ensuring delivery to expectations and objectives met; Research internal and external best practices and communicate the same to other sites; The role will require him/her to manage programs of his/her own; Provides in-depth analysis on attrition data and supports senior leaders in translating these to realizable and meaningful action plans; Provides roll out program guidelines for various HR projects, announcements and changes being the HR representative in various operating teams; May manage a group of HR Business Partners at any given site or serve as an individual contributor; Oversees the day to day operations of the HRBPs in the site and send updates and issues arising on a weekly basis; Initiate improvements on practices that would drive high engagement of the team members May act as lead and prime and will be responsible in the end to end planning and implementation of either HR, sitewide or Company wide projects and initiatives.

  • HRBP Senior Officer is knowledgeable and skilled in handling of team member grievances and cases by conducting in-house investigations in order to observe due process and security of tenure of each Team Member; Advises people leaders to ensure knowledge and compliance of the implementing guidelines of the company policies and to adequately address not only labor-related HR issues in both corrective and preventive manner; Conducts administrative hearings and investigations within the program; Represents company during initial mandatory conciliation meetings and provides settlement and Labor disputes before the Labor Arbiter in NLRC and conducts basic negotiations with team members who have filed for complaints.
  • HRBP Senior Officer is knowledgeable in conducting career counseling sessions to provide Team Members with a broader perspective of career development opportunities within the company; Highlights areas for professional growth of team members.
  • HRBP Senior Officer is skilled on how to proactively engage with people managers to effectively execute all Company HR policies and practices without or minimal supervision, including performance management, employee engagement, diversity efforts, recognition and talent management. Supports various events by ensuring all policies are adhered to and are observed during these events.
  • HRBP Senior Officer is skilled in assisting leaders in implementing team member related action plans on increasing engagement; Presents to program leaders and/or site leader results of annual survey Action Plans and similar engagement toll gates.
  • HRBP Senior Officer is skilled on how to prepare and utilizes a wide variety of management reports (eg. attrition) to be able to provide people leader/stakeholder a holistic view of the HR programs and help the business in the decision making. Able to guide and advise others on how to analyze data points.
  • HRBP Senior Officer is skilled in coordinating and escalating to various HR functional teams for issues and concerns related to team members that will require immediate HR attention. Able to solve imaginative, common problems in the area of expertise.
  • HRBP Senior Officers are skilled in conducting HRBP learning sessions either through new leaders, or within the HRBP team. Conducts HR for Non-HR (eg. License to Lead) to all new people managers in the company; Documents minutes and supports action plans related to FGDs by leaders; Serves as the HRBP representative for emergency ad hoc committees, security meetings and other occupational safety teams. Leads HR Business partners in site-wide initiatives on change management programs, program roll outs, new policy communication and implementation of policies Represents the HRBP manager in operations leadership, business reviews or other coordinative meetings that will require HRBP intervention.
  • HRBP Senior Officer will be assigned as a Prime/Lead POC on different projects, recommends updates of policies for people and human resources management and provides such technical solutions that can help in achieving the employee initiatives’ and organizational goals.
  • HRBP Senior Officer is expected to support and manage program/s, even those complex in nature and structure, and play a key role in ensuring coherent implementation of people plans and processes across the units/organization and they align with local/global direction.
  • HRBP Senior Officer is expected to demonstrate the TI Core competencies (Focusing on Customer, Giving Support, Embracing Technology, Managing Self Development)that contribute to achieving the organizational strategic vision and goals.


Required skills + qualities (technical)

  • :Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources and Development, or any related field
  • .Yellow Belt Six Sigma Certified;
  • At least six (6) years experience in Human Resources or at least three (3) years of which in a HR Supervisory capacity or Officer level, preferably within the BPO industr
  • yProficient knowledge and subject matter expertise in at least three (3) Human Resources processes such as talent acquisition and management, organization development, workforce planning, performance management, team development, culture management, employee relations, discipline and discharge, compensation and benefits, learning management, legal compliance
  • .Has competent skills in the following: Project Management, Presentation and Facilitation Skills, Effective Meeting Management, Basic Change Management
  • .Possesses a general knowledge of legal requirements for handling employee cases
