Responsibilities:
Identify, connect with, and onboard influencers/KOLs/KOCs in the Philippines to join Ecomobi’s Social Seller Platform.
Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with KOLs in the Philippine market.
Oversee and enhance the quality of KOLs' content on Philippine social media channels to meet platform standards.
Analyze KOLs’ strengths and their target audiences to ensure successful collaborations.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
Understand the strengths of KOLs, responsible for campaign operation and optimize revenue for Kols.
Collaborate with the Manager and Tech team to develop systems for customer service, and work with the operations team to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Partnerships in industries related to: Marketing Agency, Affiliate, Livestream, or companies mainly involved in e-commerce or technology sectors
Experience working with KOLs/KOCs/influencers or within marketing agencies.
Familiar with basic content regulations on the TikTokShop platform. Experienced in operating revenue-generating campaigns through Creators on TikTokShop.
Able to create reports, and plans using Google Sheets, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledgeable about Livestream operations on TikTokShop, Shopee, Lazada, etc.
Strong network with platforms, deep understanding of TAP operational models.
Experience managing a team of at least 1-2 people.
English communication is an advantage.
Skills: sales, market research, negotiation, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and networking. Knowledge of TikTok Shop/Livestream shopping trends is an advantage.
Attitude: Highly responsible, hard-working, and results-oriented.
