Regional Sales Manager - Mindanao

General Description
The position is responsible for leading and managing regional distributor's daily, periodic, annual sales operations that will ensure the achievement of the annual sales plan.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead & manage distributor sales force for the achievement of sales & distribution targets in the assigned region.
- Motivate and support distributor sales team to achieve set goals
- Plans profitable growth drivers via recommending / conceptualizing appropriate sales programs
- Assign sales targets to specific territories within assigned region, per distributor
- Monitors performance of sales personnel and provide necessary training and guidance to improve efficiency
- Builds and maintains good working relationship with distributor leadership, sales, and support groups
- Analyze and interpret sales reports
- Ensures AR is minimum 95% current
- Regular interface with internal customers: Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing
Special Skills/Competencies
- The incumbent must have a university degree with 7 to 10 years related experience in handling DISTRIBUTOR OPERATIONS.
- The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
- The candidate must also possess excellent planning skills and have initiative; exercise collaboration and teamwork; and promote ethical values.
- The candidate must also demonstrate expertise in Microsoft applications (i.e. Word, Excel, and PPT)
- Exposed to handling people
- Working knowledge in Category and Demand management
