As Trade Marketing Supervisor, you will lead the development of the assigned Channel for PMFTC to be in a sustainable, competitive advantage versus competition by developing competitive and strategic programs which are effective and efficient to support the achievement of planned market and brand related sales targets.

  • Understand PMFTC and customer’s operating systems/processes and uses this knowledge to get things done on time
  • Drive internal stakeholders towards decisions on reaching 4P (modern trade success model) plans and targets
  • Persuasively sell ideas internally to drive best in-market results/return on investment
  • Bridge understanding between KA field team and Marketing team to unify on common goals and objectives
  • Represent trade marketing / planning function in key external engagements acting as category/brand expert
  • Responsible for managing and leading Trade Planning Executive, NKA to ensure clarity and effectivity of perfect store strategy (4P). Expected to support in the development of talents among her team, ensuring that she performs routines that is relevant to the development of her team members
  • All other commercial related tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior

Who We’re Looking For

  • You have 6 to 10 years’ experience in Modern Trade (Convenience Stores, Supermarkets, etc.) and with a credible network in the industry
  • Has managed large commercial projects in Modern Trade including development, implementation and deployment of trade marketing initiatives
