Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Operating Officer at Bayanihan Development Corporation, located in General Trias with some work-from-home flexibility. The Chief Operating Officer will oversee daily operations, manage business planning, ensure effective finance and budgeting processes, and develop strategies for organizational growth. The COO will be instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency and driving the company’s strategic objectives forward.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Planning and Operations Management
- Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Relevant industry experience is a plus
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
