Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, specializing in the end-to end recruitment of both technical and sales roles. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for key positions across our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand the hiring needs, drive the recruitment process, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding, for technical and sales roles.
- Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand specific hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience: Conduct initial screening interviews, coordinate subsequent interview rounds, and ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Utilize appropriate assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates’ technical and sales skills, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role.
- Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to extend offers, negotiate terms, and finalize employment agreements.
- Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruiting activities, providing regular updates on hiring metrics and progress.
- Market Research & Talent Mapping: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and talent availability to adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–2 years) in talent acquisition, with a focus on technical and sales recruiting.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and methods, including knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
