- Verifying the implementation and operation of the quality assurance and control systems, by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities on head/corporate and site offices.

- Ensuring adequate training/awareness of company personnel for Quality Systems.
- Prepare necessary, the necessary statistical data which will show quality trends for the management review meeting
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction is monitored/measured and improvement/corrective actions are taken for weak areas.
- Ensure that all non-conformance issues are promptly investigated, corrective and preventive actions are proposed/implemented, and the situation is quickly closed off.
- Ensure that the contractual quality requirements of a project are fully communicated to all key personnel so that their roles in fulfilling these requirements are fully understood.
- Ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems are plans acceptable to the company as applicable to the Project Contract.
- Ensure that the calibration for all inspection, measurement, and test equipment is conducted according to the defined schedule
- Conduct a review of the approved suppliers and subcontractor’s list.
- Liaise with the Client quality representative, to ensure that all potential and actual quality issues are fully resolved.
