We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who can provide ongoing support to our clients and network with them. You will be an integral part of our Customer Success team and work closely with our cross-functional partners in Sales, HR, Finance, Service Delivery and Talent Acquisition. You will be measured based on our organizational goals, specifically towards driving client growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Work with clients to ensure they are leveraging effectively and finding value in our services.
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
  • Achieve the set team OKRs and metrics
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to continually improve quality, effectiveness and efficiency of our processes

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales Representative, Customer Success or Account Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Proficiency in Hubspot is a huge advantage, but not required.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Self-driven and proactive nature
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Propensity for relationship building
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision making skills
