  • Leverages benefits knowledge to support our employees by addressing employees’ questions related to claims, compliance and administration.
  • Supports the analysis of employees’ benefits requirements, implement solutions and contribute to an overall positive employee experience.
  • Collaborates and works across global teams and business providing n essential service.
  • Participates in identifying, implementing and supporting process improvement opportunities.
  • Responsible for maintaining benefit processes and related documentation.
  • Assists with routine and periodic process audits.

Qualification:

  • 0-2 year experience in benefit administration
  • College graduate
  • Good communication skills
  • Good MS office skills
  • Good to have: experience in Workday and ServiceNow or any ticketing tool and HRIS.
