Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in the monitoring of business analysis and project workstream activities
  • Provide support in user training Provide support in the investigation and monitoring of bugs and incidents

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Has in-depth understanding of Finance processes, various SAP modules and components (such as SAP FICO, SAP SD, FI-BL, SAP TRM), BIR Regulations, Updates and Implementation, Customer Management System and Data Governance.
  • Graduate of 4-year or 5-year degree courses in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems/Information Technology or Management
  • Amendable to work 100% onsite on Ortigas
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, System implementation projects using SDLC, Waterfall methodology and Agile
  • Solid work experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Elicitation and Documentation etc.
