Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid ads, and social media strategies.
  • Serve as the HubSpot super-user, managing workflows, email automation, lead scoring, and campaign tracking.
  • Oversee website updates and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance, SEO, and user experience.
  • Create engaging content tailored to different platforms, including blogs, landing pages, and social media.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations.

Event and Webinar Coordination:

  • Plan and execute webinars, including managing platforms like Zoom, coordinating speakers, and following up with attendees.
  • Assist with organising marketing events and trade shows, ensuring a smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement strategies for post-event engagement and lead nurturing.

Data-Driven Insights:

  • Monitor and analyse marketing data to identify trends, ROI, and areas for optimisation.
  • Conduct competitor research to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Forecast trends in audience engagement to refine future campaigns and strategies.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Act as the bridge between marketing and sales teams, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
  • Work closely with external agencies to develop and execute digital advertising and creative projects.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, reflecting our brand values.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales support, or a related role. Previous B2B sales and marketing support experience will be highly regarded.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Advanced proficiency with HubSpot CRM (certification preferred).
  • Strong familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Zoom, Canva, and social media scheduling platforms.
  • Demonstrated expertise in running integrated digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manager multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience tailoring content for various platforms and communicating with various clients and stakeholders.
