Job Description:

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with expertise in fit-out and architectural works to ensure the highest quality standards in our construction projects. The ideal candidate will oversee quality control processes, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures for fit-out and architectural works.
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure work meets project specifications, codes, and standards.
  • Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings for compliance.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Ensure that all work is executed according to approved quality plans and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
  • Provide training and awareness sessions on quality control procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QA/QC within the fit-out and architectural sector.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing works, joinery, and materials used in interior fit-outs.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, local building codes, and project specifications.
  • Experience in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
  • Proficiency in QA/QC software and documentation.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
