Basic Purpose / Job Summary

To plan, direct, and organize all administrative, financial, business operations, and other activities for the office of the President.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate would be a lawyer or a graduate of Business Management, Legal Management, or Entrepreneurship with an MBA
  • With at least 5 years of experience in a similar position or doing corporate work relevant to the requirements and qualifications
  • Must have a keen understanding of over-all business and corporate structure and accounting
  • Must have a general understanding of the macro-economic landscape in relation to entertainment
  • Must be highly organized and have keen attention to details
  • Must be proficient in MS Office applications and/or Apple equivalent
  • Must be able to establish good working relationships with different personalities
  • Must be fluent in English and Filipino, both written and oral
  • Must be resourceful, have initiative, and possess strong leadership skills
  • Must be a self-starter and goal and results-oriented individual
  • Must be hardworking and able to adapt and thrive under pressure
  • Must be willing to work on flexible hours following the President’s schedule and accomplish all tasks as needed
  • Must be willing to work at Ortigas Center, Pasig City (Head office) and able to work from anywhere

Responsibilities:

The EA/Chief of Staff must be able to assist the President in disposing of the daily functions of the office and in conducting operations of all the business units. The Chief of Staff must be able to do the following functions, among others:

  • Creating business models for various deals, laying out terms and profit/loss projections
  • Monitoring and managing the Company’s obligations to various business partners in coordination with legal, accounting, and HR
  • Preparing sales packages, sell sheets, and covering pages
  • Understanding the synergy of businesses of the different Viva units and recommending ways to maximize such relationships to increase value of service and profit.
  • Preparing and writing speeches, press releases, official business correspondences, and various memos and instructions to internal business units
  • Coordinating with the different departments on the implementation of instructions
  • Preparing various reports as may be required
  • Reviewing documents and making sure that they are proper, legal, and ready for approval
  • Assisting the different business units with their operational concerns and troubleshooting or elevating to upper management as may be appropriate
  • Performing other tasks as may be required
