JOB OBJECTIVE
Perform end-to-end recruitment process with a heavy focus on the final stages to secure the best talent for our team, while contributing to HR in crucial administrative functions.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Conduct comprehensive second-level and final interviews across various roles and levels, using behavioral and competency-based interview techniques to identify candidates who are the right fit.
- Maintain thorough candidate records and document all interactions within the applicant tracking system for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Create and maintain accurate job descriptions that reflect our company's current needs.
- Oversee employee performance reviews by coordinating with supervisors and managers. Ensure accuracy and fairness in our review process and properly documenting outcomes.
- Implement salary increases and alignments in accordance with our established work instructions.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure comprehensive coverage of our employee handbook to effectively onboard new hires.
- Handle any additional tasks relevant to the role.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably BS Psychology, BS Human Resources Development Management, or other related courses.
- At least 3 years of extensive recruitment experience in a BPO setting.
- Strong ability to evaluate candidates based on behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Skilled in establishing solid rapport with candidates.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize.
- Highly reliable and strong work ethics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications. (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
