Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of monitoring solutions, particularly in agentless environments (preferably LogicMonitor).
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Respond to alerts and incidents at the 3rd level, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell for automation and monitoring enhancements (Groovy scripting experience is a plus).
  • Utilize protocols such as SNMP, API, WMI, WinRM, and Syslog to enhance monitoring capabilities.
  • Implement and maintain application monitoring strategies to ensure optimal performance and availability.
