- Respond to alerts and incidents at the 3rd level, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell for automation and monitoring enhancements (Groovy scripting experience is a plus).
- Utilize protocols such as SNMP, API, WMI, WinRM, and Syslog to enhance monitoring capabilities.
