Role Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Set and achieve ambitious sales goals for both new and existing clients.
  • Leverage data analytics to optimize sales performance and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to execute impactful sales campaigns.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and business planning expertise.
  • Proven experience in account management and handling key accounts.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
