Role Description
The Key Account Manager will oversee key client accounts, analyze sales data, develop revenue-boosting strategies, and provide exceptional customer service. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a data-driven approach to drive business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Identify high-potential leads and convert them into loyal clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales goals for both new and existing clients.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize sales performance and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to execute impactful sales campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and business planning expertise.
- Proven experience in account management and handling key accounts.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
