Duties and Responsibilities
  • Understand our products to be able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to partners and potential customers
  • Develop effective engagement with the market through strategies such as but not limited to cold calling, field visits and email followups
  • Research new accounts to generate business leads, discover requirements and map our solutions to fit needs
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners while supporting their business development initiatives to sell our products and services
  • Accurately maintain and expand the CRM database with prospective clients
  • Retain and grow the existing customer base by providing exceptional service and fostering strong business relationships
  • Conduct all above with the mindset and drive to close deals consistently, exceeding targets
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3 – 4 years proven track record of sales and business development
  • Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel as part of the role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be flexible and creative in understanding customer needs and mapping to solutions
  • Highly driven and experienced in consultative selling
  • Experience with a CRM and following a sales process
