You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating business operations, and providing executive-level support for our clients. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Some of the things you could do as a Virtual Assistant
- Business Support
- Coordinate and maintain an integrated calendar for personal and business
- Organize and filter emails, flagging high-priority communications and summarizing key points for review
- Research into business topics relevant to the entrepreneur
- Assist with expense tracking and documentation, ensuring timely reporting
- Manage QuickBooks Online: Create invoices, add expenses, and post payments accurately
- Personal Support:
- Research and arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
- Handle ad hoc personal tasks as requested
- Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative updates via WhatsApp or other messaging platform
- Participate in periodic video calls to review priorities, discuss ongoing projects, and address any questions
- 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Previous experience with QuickBooks Online a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them
