- Drives brand growth and performance using modern marketing tools and strategies.
- Leads integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Ensures alignment with business objectives through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Plans, executes, and manages all brand-building and performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Social Media, Social Commerce, Marketplaces, email marketing, and marketing databases.
- Develops and optimizes Meta CPAS and Messenger campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Measures, analyzes, and reports on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing results against ROI and KPIs.
- Manages supply forecasting, marketing program budgets, and sales performance for the brand.
- Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- With at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Possesses both brand marketing expertise and hands-on experience in digital performance campaigns, including but not limited to CPAS, Affiliate Marketing, and Social Commerce (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Demonstrates strong project management skills, the ability to work independently, and effective collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Is highly results-driven, progress-oriented, and has above-average communication skills.
- As a lead under the New Business Development group in ULCH, brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Has a solid understanding of financial principles and risk management.
