As a Human Resource Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing support for a wide range of HR processes and services within the firm. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with the day-to-day operational tasks, enabling employees and HR teams to seamlessly access and interact with essential HR functions. Responsibilities

  • Completes entry-level tasks and administration and addresses basic people operations related business or team concerns
  • Administers all people operations processes, including but not limited to onboarding, query management, employee movements, and off-boarding, delivering high data quality
  • Prepare and issue various HR-related documents
  • Provide support for HR projects and initiatives, as needed, partnering with HR teams across the organization to ensure effective implementation and execution
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information and adhere to data privacy and security regulations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What We Expect

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a shared services or service center environment that supports globally or multi regionally.
  • Open to fresh graduates who demonstrate strong curiosity, initiative, and takes a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong customer service skills and tech-savvy
  • Has a basic knowledge of local labor laws and regulation
  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors or other HRIS
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across the firm.
