We're in search of a Business Assistant to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in providing essential support to ensure smooth operations and success.

Position Details:
- Job Type: Freelance Full-time (42 hours/week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates)
- Schedule: 4 days’ work week, with 3 consecutive days off (between 12 am-2:30 pm Manila time)
- Location: On-site in Quezon City, Eastwood
- Compensation: PHP22,500 to PHP35,000 all in monthly salary (based on experience).
- Coordinate various processes and reporting tasks within the company.
- Manage email correspondence for key CEO, Directors, Managers, and other staffs.
- Monitor messaging platforms for important daily tasks and communication.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure administrative processes are up to date.
- Assist with special projects and team assignments.
- Perform data analysis and process creation using Microsoft Excel and other tools.
- Assist in managing financials, budgets, and costs for the company.
- Perform personal assistant duties for the owner as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to anticipate the needs of others and ensure a positive experience.
- Excellent time management, coordination, and communication skills.
- High level of interpersonal skills, including handling confidential situations.
- Knowledge of business accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently.
