Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Assist in screening job applicants, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Perform background checks and verify references for potential hires.
- Provide administrative support by managing HR files, employee records, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining organizational systems related to HR processes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Help with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Support various HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in preparing reports and HR presentations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in human resources or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Relevant experience in HR or administrative support is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
- Knowledge of office procedures and best practices.
- High professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Typing speed - minimum of 35 WPM
Salary and Benefits:

Work Schedule and Arrangement:
- Hybrid work model, with in-office presence required 2 to 3 times a week.
- Our office is located in Eastwood City, Bagumbayan, Quezon City
- Graveyard / Night shift
Remote Work Requirements:
- Computer: Desktop preferred with at least an Intel i5 processor, 16GB RAM, and Windows 10 or newer.
- Internet Connection: Stable internet (fiber preferred) with a minimum speed of 10/10 Mbps. An internet backup solution (pocket Wi-Fi preferred) is required; hotspot or mobile data is not acceptable.
- Web Camera: Required for video meetings.
- Headset: Must include a noise-canceling microphone (e.g., Logitech H390 or equivalent).
