Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in screening job applicants, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Perform background checks and verify references for potential hires.
  • Provide administrative support by managing HR files, employee records, and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining organizational systems related to HR processes.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Help with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Support various HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist in preparing reports and HR presentations as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in human resources or a related field (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Relevant experience in HR or administrative support is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and best practices.
  • High professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Typing speed - minimum of 35 WPM

  • Computer: Desktop preferred with at least an Intel i5 processor, 16GB RAM, and Windows 10 or newer.
  • Internet Connection: Stable internet (fiber preferred) with a minimum speed of 10/10 Mbps. An internet backup solution (pocket Wi-Fi preferred) is required; hotspot or mobile data is not acceptable.
  • Web Camera: Required for video meetings.
  • Headset: Must include a noise-canceling microphone (e.g., Logitech H390 or equivalent).
