Primary Functions

  2. Collaborate with key partners at Cintana Education and internal stakeholders to monitor and optimize day-to-day enrolment processes, guiding team efforts to meet or exceed targets and ensuring accountability across all levels.
  3. Oversee and support the use of internal enrollment systems (Salesforce, Buffalo), providing training to team members for efficient system usage and data management.
  4. Plan, strategize, and manage the sales budget for the Business and Health Sciences schools, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively. Lead the team in budget-related decision-making, fostering alignment with enrolment and revenue objectives.
  5. Manage relationships with third-party partners for enrollment campaigns, coordinating the role of the campus-based sales teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  6. Generate and analyse enrollment reports, providing leadership with insights and recommendations to enhance performance and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Train the team on data interpretation and usage.
  7. Provide direct leadership to three campus-based team leads and their respective sales teams, guiding them to consistently achieve enrollment targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture across campuses, ensuring effective sales planning, funnel management, and operational execution.
  8. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Executive Director and AVP of Marketing, ensuring flexibility in addressing emerging enrollment challenges and supporting cohesive team performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with demonstrated experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in partnership management, particularly with educational or corporate institutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
