Role Summary

Our client is looking for a Graphic Designer who will handle the graphics and elements creation. This role will manage the design of our client’s book, and website (WordPress) and create content and visuals for all communication vehicles.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Create dynamic graphics and elements
  • Develop artistic and engaging PowerPoint presentations for award programs
  • Manage the design and production of the client’s book for 8 markets across the country
  • Create content videos that help tell the client’s powerful and inspirational stories
  • Execute breathtaking visuals in all communication vehicles, including PowerPoint, infographics, email, social, and more

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or greater in graphic design or communications or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate design, in-house B2B agency, or agency role is a plus
  • Experience with print, web, user experience (UX), and digital design
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Mastery of Adobe Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop), as well as PowerPoint and Figma is required
  • Experience with Asana project management tool and in creating PowerPoint decks (awards program caliber preferred)
  • Proofreading skills and judgment to evaluate copy being designed for errors or omissions (sentence structure, grammar, varied vocabulary, spelling, and style)
  • Possesses the vision of ways to engage the community through strong visual and motivational elements
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with the team
  • Ability to jump in fast and work quickly and confidently, apply edits, and switch elements on the fly to meet tight deadlines
  • Thrives on urgency and changing priorities
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail
