We’re seeking a self-motivated operations lead to oversee business operations, recruiting ops, and customer success while working alongside our first employee, who grew from a virtual assistant to leading key business functions.
This is one of our most pivotal roles, reporting directly to Managing Partner Doug and working closely with top consultants and clients to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Available for 3-6 hours/day overlapping with US Pacific Time.
Tech-savvy with experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude AI.

Compensation & Growth- Starting Pay: $2,000 - $3,000/month, based on experience.
- Promotion Path: Salary increase of 20-30% within 12-months based on performance.
- Leadership & Profit-Sharing: Opportunity to grow into a key leadership role.
- Flexible Schedule: Open to fixed or flexible hours.
- Time Zone: Primarily US West Coast hours, with occasional brief communication outside those hours (1-2 times/week).
- Project & Operations Management – Overseeing workflows and process improvements.
- Recruiting & Customer Success – Helping with hiring and leading client communication.
- Executive Support & Admin – Scheduling and high-level coordination.
- AI & Automation Proficiency – Experience with ChatGPT and/or Claude AI.
- Excel Skills – Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Financial Reporting – Managing and tracking expenses.
- Communication & Organization – Ensuring smooth executive and team interactions.
- Technical Proficiency – Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, tools like Asana OR Jira OR Trello OR Clickup OR Notion
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator – Outreach, lead generation, networking.
- Zapier / Make.com – Automating workflows and integrations.
- Apollo.io – B2B prospecting and CRM management.
