Position Overview:
We are looking to hire a talented AMAZON VA to help us manage our E-commerce Stores on Amazon and ensure customer satisfaction. Your contribution will not be just operational but strategic, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and thrives in a competitive environment. Your contributions will improve sales performance and enhance brand visibility on the platform.
The role - responsibilities:
Your primary duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Customer support
- Inventory management
- Stock levels monitoring
- Analysis of demand trends
- Assist with PPC campaigns
- Data analysis
- Product listing and optimization
- Product research
- Assist with Amazon ad campaigns
- Order processing
- Sales reports
- Account management
- Responding to Amazon reviews
- Creating new product listings
- Dealing with listing/account issues
- Handling Amazon refunds/reimbursements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing Amazon Seller Accounts
- Previous experience as an Amazon VA
- Experience with Amazon PPC and other advertising tools
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central
- Good understanding of SEO practices and keyword research
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for content formatting
- Ability to analyze sales data and performance metrics
- Expertise in competitor analysis and market research
- Effective communication
- Problem-solving abilities
- A keen eye for detail
- Technical know-how skills
What we expect from the VA:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs
- Increase product visibility and sales through effective SEO and advertising strategies.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Effectively manage customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Keep optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
- Coordinate smoothly with suppliers and manage to reorder schedules efficiently.
What we offer:
- On-time, bi-weekly payment (we pay on the 15th and 30-31st of every month)
- Monthly payment of $800
- Online payment methods: Wise, PayPal, or Western Union
- No time tracking software or oversight – we trust you put in the time you need to do the job
- Permanent job as long as goals are being met.
