Sr. Business Development Manager (Cooling System Industry)

Job Summary: To drive strategic growth initiatives, identify new market opportunities, and
develop partnerships that enhance the company's competitive position in alignment with the overall company goals. To establish the business development framework and build the company's business development team.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's vision and growth objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry leaders, and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.
- Create and present proposals and pitch materials to prospective partners and clients.
- Enhance offerings and drive customer acquisition.
- Monitor and report on business development metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
- Establish the business development framework including a structured guideline of the company's approach in identifying, developing, and managing growth opportunities.
- Build, lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance assessment.
Technical Competencies and Skills:
- Expertise in business development, marketing and sales in the Cooling System Industry.
- Expertise in financial analysis and financial modelling
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and with external customers/partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other data analysis tools.
Education & Work Experience:
- Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in Economics or any related course
- With Masters in Policy Economics is an advantage
- With a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in Business Development in a cooling system industry
