Role Summary

Our client is looking for a Contracts Administrator who will be vital in maintaining high rates of client retention. This role will receive detailed and technical training about business, legal documents, and clients. He/she will handle contract management and administration in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. This role will prepare various business and legal documents from master lease agreements, vendor agreements, and other correspondence. In addition, he/she will analyze and research any contacts-related issues and organize high volumes of information.

SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM Philippine Local Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Generate all legal documentation for the cycle of a lease
  • Perform data administration
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Research swap rates and track rate fluctuation
  • Review and input data into the CRM

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced and multi-client environment
  • Experience in working within established systems, standards, and procedures
  • Experience in providing helpful, supportive communication to others
  • Able to talk on the telephone and provide clear and direct information to others
  • Ability to manage high volume email management and strong follow-up skills
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills with particular attention to detail and high standards of quality and accuracy
  • Aptitude in data management, analytics, reporting preparation
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
