We’re looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client’s team on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role. You’ll manage the full recruitment process, handling a variety of positions while also supporting the company’s social media presence.   • Create compelling job postings and distribute them across various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s LinkedIn and Facebook presence by creating engaging content to strengthen employer branding.

  • Assist in streamlining the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in recruiting, with 2–5 years of experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
  • Experience in creating and managing social media content, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of both temporary and direct hire recruitment processes.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive recruitment efforts.
  • Familiarity with current recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Experience using data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and the potential to transition into a full-time role.
