Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor resource availability, capacity, and demand forecasts to proactively address workforce imbalances.
  • Implement and manage resource management tools and software for accurate tracking and reporting of workforce capacity.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports on resource utilization and workforce productivity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with minimum of 5-7 years as a Resource Manager, Workforce Planner, or similar role in a Delivery Center or outsourcing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in workforce management software and tools
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in workforce planning, forecasting, and capacity management
  • Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.
