Talent Development Officer
JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Development Officer will be responsible for the overall implementation of the entire training cycle, performing learning needs assessment, designing curriculum and learning materials, managing the conduct of learning and development activities, and evaluating their effectiveness.
KEY RESULT AREAS:
1.Learning Needs Assessment:
- Conduct Learning Needs Assessment activities;
- Identify learning needs of employees and match appropriate learning and development interventions; and
- Prepare training plan and budget for the year.
2.Designing and Learning Development Programs:
- Evaluates design for new training programs based on assessment results;
- Creates new learning materials for new training programs and update materials for existing training programs;
- Reviews/updates learning development materials; and
- Evaluates external training providers for specific programs.
3.Implementation of Learning and Development Programs and Training Management:
- Facilitates arrangement of all training logistic requirements; and
- Monitors the proper use of upkeep of training facilities and equipment budget utilization.
4.Evaluation of Learning and Development Programs:
- Analyze effectiveness of training programs.
5.Administrative Requirements:
- Attend HR department meetings;
- Participate in HR department activities;
- Oversees the efficient update and retention of all learning development records; and
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- AB Psychology, Behavioral Studies, Human Resource Management, BS Management or any business course;
- At least 4-5 working experience in Learning and Development or Organizational Development, and Learning Management System;
- Training design and delivery experience;
- Experience in Learning Management System/LinkedIn Learning is preferred;
- Preferably a Certified Trainer/Facilitator, Certified Learning and Development Practitioner, or Certified Human Resources Practitioner/Professional;
- With working experience in mining/power/utility industry preferred; and
- Willing to work fully onsite at Makati City.
