Job Title: Senior Procurement and Commercial Specialist (AU)
Job Overview:
A detail-oriented and analytical role to support the Senior Commercial Manager by providing insights and data-driven analysis across a variety of critical merchandise functions. Responsibilities include building, maintaining and improving reporting of financial performance metrics, pricing strategies, and marketing effectiveness. This role assists the commercial manager in translating complex data into actionable insights to support the Merchandise division's strategic decision-making. This role is also the team lead for the purchasing specialists and analysts based in the Philippines.
Work Schedule:
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Monday to Friday
Work Specific Setup and Location
- Hybrid | One Ayala, Makati City (Required to report onsite during monthly/quarterly meetings and when required by the client/manager)
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the integration of category, retail, and marketing data to assess and communicate financial performance.
- Develop, maintain and improve on detailed financial reports and insights that inform business strategies and support key decision-making processes.
- Provide data to support capital allocation decisions.
- Provide analysis on promotional activities and campaigns to assist the senior commercial manager to evaluate their effectiveness and contribution to overall category performance.
- Track and report on promotional performance (including ROI), assisting with identifying areas for optimisation.
- Assist in pricing analysis to support the development of pricing strategies. This entails collecting and summarising market data, competitive pricing, and internal performance for the senior commercial manager's review.
- Support cost management and margin optimisation by tracking and reporting on initiatives.
- Help prepare annual budgets and forecasts by compiling and analysing financial data.
- Assist in preparing financial information required for the senior commercial manager to conduct post-seasonal reviews (which includes analysing sales performance, and identifying trends for future range planning)
- Provide reporting on product and category metrics to support range reviews and seasonal planning.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.
- Understanding procurement processes, budgeting, and market analysis.
- Proficiency in procurement software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to details.
