The Marketing Manager shall report to the Head of Marketing, and will perform the following functions:
- Interprets marketing communications strategies and programs as directed by management with the intention of achieving the company’s market performance objective in sales and market shares.
- Informs and coordinates with the marketing communications team all marketing communications plans, policies and procedures as formulated by top management and oversees smooth implementation.
- Executes all plans and programs by coordinating with different merchandising divisions and other related divisions (store operations, visual merchandising, information systems and development, finance, HR, etc.) approved marketing programs and activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication
- At least 5 years relevant work experience
- Strong written and oral skills
- Experienced leader and collaborator
- Has good planning, time management, organization and presentation skills
- Has strong problem-solving skills and good negotiation skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Experienced in events and promotions management
- Experienced in digital marketing, advertising and public relations are an advantage
