We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our administrative and secretarial functions. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day office operations, handling communication, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and presentations.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both physically and electronically.
- Provide support in drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents.
- Handle office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by senior staff.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Accountancy, Business Management, Marketing, Financial Management, Office Administration or any business-related course.
- Proven experience in an administrative, accounting, or secretarial role is preferred.
- Experience with accounting or financial reporting, budgeting, expense recording, and preparing balance sheets is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
