Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents both physically and electronically.
  • Provide support in drafting, proofreading, and formatting documents.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by senior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Accountancy, Business Management, Marketing, Financial Management, Office Administration or any business-related course.
  • Proven experience in an administrative, accounting, or secretarial role is preferred.
  • Experience with accounting or financial reporting, budgeting, expense recording, and preparing balance sheets is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
