Job Description

  • Prepare and send price quotes through chats and emails within the agreed SLA - 30 minutes
  • Perform quality checks on documents or videos prior to delivery to clients
  • Close deals with global customers (mainly from the US) by scheduled meetings and strategic calls conducted upon receipt of the inquiry to discover customer pains
  • Increase customer retention by resolving customer complaints thru critical analyzation of the cause of the issue and later on come up with the best resolution on a timely and efficient manner
  • Establish strong positive customer relation to build repeat business and promoters contributing quality referrals
  • Make atleast 50 phone calls (mix of retention, courting and complaint) a day with both active and dormant accounts
  • Work independently at home (rotational shift, 5-6days/week)

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with neutral accent
  • Minimum 2 years of outbound Sales experience
  • Customer-service focused (preferably with at least 5yrs BPO experience)
  • Highly-developed computer skills (MS Office, Gmail, CRM)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under stress and pressure
  • Reliable, organized, highly motivated and confident
