Track the candidate application process from start to finish, documenting candidate activity in our applicant tracking system.
Interview qualified candidates to determine organizational fit and appropriate technical, and professional experience and hold required medical licensure.
Build strong relationships and collaborate with clinical hiring managers to understand their unique hiring needs and goals.
Timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
Offer an exceptional candidate experience by going beyond the job description during phone screens to provide deeper insight into how the position fits within the candidate's respective skill set and how the position works within the company.
Plans and attends various recruitment functions for the organization including job fairs, open houses, college recruitment fairs, and national conferences.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge and compliance with federal and state employment laws and guidelines.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, a related field, or equivalent work experience and education.
1-year relevant recruiting experience is required.
Knowledge in certifications and clinical space recruitment is a PLUS.
Experience with and knowledge of sourcing effectiveness, screening, interviewing, selection, and candidate assessment techniques.
High level of proficiency using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems/databases.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Amenable to Work on QC/BGC - mid-shift
