Job Qualifications:

  • Open for applicants anywhere in the Philippines (non-negotiable: Must have own equipment and stable connection for outside Cebu)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Must possess at least an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
  • With 2-4 years experience specializing in Administration or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage the Senior Broker’s calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and follow up on outstanding matters.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
  • Organise and manage digital files and documentation for efficient retrieval.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Coordinate with lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders to track loan applications and settlements.
  • Follow up with clients for missing documentation or additional requirements.
  • Provide high-level customer service to ensure an exceptional client experience.

Loan Process Support

  • Assist in preparing loan applications and documentation for submission.
  • Review and verify financial documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Monitor application progress and liaise with lenders for status updates.
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements by maintaining proper documentation.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain key performance metrics and prepare summary reports for the Senior Broker.
  • Support training and onboarding of future offshore staff if required
