We are an AI Fintech company specializing in assessing the credit profiles of consumers in emerging markets combining pioneering AI with large alternative data sources. In 2020 we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers spanning 4 countries - Vietnam, Indonesia, India & the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry, in particular, to provide the 'un & under' served access to credit. What you will do:
Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with our experienced Sales Team to assist in promoting and selling our eKYC solution and Trusting Social Score products to potential clients and partners
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, target industries, and key competitors in the eKYC and Trusting Social Score domain
Lead Generation: Support the Sales Team in generating leads and building a strong pipeline of potential customers interested in implementing our eKYC solution and Trusting Social Score system
Product Presentation: Assist in creating and delivering compelling product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our eKYC solution and Trusting Social Score
Client Communication: Participate in client meetings and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and pain points, while highlighting how our solutions can address their challenges
Sales Materials: Help in developing sales collateral, such as brochures, case studies, and sales decks, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our eKYC and Trusting Social Score products
Sales Support: Provide general sales support to the team, including preparing sales reports, updating customer data in the CRM system, and assisting with follow-up activities
Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities related to eKYC and Trusting Social Score to keep the team informed and enable a competitive sales approach
