The Senior Manager - Growth and Innovations is responsible for driving strategic growth and fostering a culture of innovation for SM Game Park and SM Skating, including all its formats. He or she focuses on expanding opportunities and ensures that business remains competitive.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Business Development: reviews business landscape, market positioning, pricing, trends and opportunities; tracks and analyzes success measures of implemented growth initiatives
  • Market Expansion: plans, develops, and implements growth strategies and innovative solutions
  • Project Management: resources and timelines are managed while performance and deliverables are regularly evaluated to help in making informed recommendations and decisions

Experience and Educational Requirements

  • With at least two (2) years managerial experience in business development, growth and innovation, and/or expansion projects
  • Graduate of any four (4) year degree in Business, Marketing or related field from a reputable University or College; MBA or advanced degree is an advantage
  • Required skills: market research, feasibility studies, business development and partnerships, monitoring and analyzing business performance metrics, good collaborator, budget (general understanding of financial performance), resilient, strong communication and presentation skills

  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MOA Square, Pasay City.
