Responsibilities
- Accountable for increasing market share and achievement of Sales Target through business retention of identified Key Account.
- Accountable for expansion of current portfolio through upselling of new product and service offering of MaxiGroup.
- Effectively analyzes data trends and provides recommendations and strategies to manage utilization and medical spend of the assigned Key Account.
- Monitors existing processes and programs and collaborates with relevant teams and departments to enhance and/or implement new initiatives and provide better solutions to the Client.
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the Team related to Business Retention through and efficient and effective management of the in-house sales force
- Minimum of four (4) years experience in Corporate Sales
- HMO/Insurance experience is an advantage
