- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide effective coaching, guidance, and support to team members.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment that fosters employee growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and establish clear performance goals.
- Intermediary & Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and potential intermediaries (bancassurance, agencies, brokers).
- Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in branch management or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the non-life insurance industry, products, and services.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant information management systems.
- Advanced presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and policies.
