    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and establish clear performance goals.
  • Intermediary & Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with existing and potential intermediaries (bancassurance, agencies, brokers).
    • Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships.
    • Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven leadership experience in branch management or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the non-life insurance industry, products, and services.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant information management systems.
    • Advanced presentation skills.
    • Ability to interpret technical manuals and policies.
  • Core Competencies:
    • Sales and marketing expertise.
    • Exceptional customer and personal service skills.
    • Strong administration and management abilities.
