Marketing Automation & CRM Strategist - with SIGN-ON BONUS
We are looking for a Marketing Automation & CRM Strategist to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through strategic CRM and loyalty initiatives. This role requires expertise in marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization, with hands-on experience in platforms like Emarsys, Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Braze, ActiveCampaign, or similar email marketing tools. The ideal candidate is data-driven, customer-focused, and skilled in executing targeted campaigns that enhance brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.) to drive customer retention and engagement.
- Implement automation workflows to enhance the customer journey and lifecycle marketing.
- Create and manage segmentation strategies to personalize communication and maximize impact.
- Loyalty Program Management
- Design, launch, and optimize customer loyalty programs that increase retention and lifetime value.
- Track and analyze customer behavior to refine rewards, incentives, and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Email & Marketing Automation
- Manage and optimize Emarsys, Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Braze, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms for email marketing and customer communication.
- Set up and monitor email automation, triggered sequences, and A/B testing to improve open rates and conversions.
- Ensure email deliverability, compliance with best practices, and adherence to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
- Data-Driven Optimization
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance, customer segmentation effectiveness, and overall program ROI.
- Monitor key metrics such as deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and churn reduction.
- Conduct A/B testing on messaging, offers, and customer touchpoints.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or loyalty program management.
- Hands-on experience with Emarsys, Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, Braze, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, automation workflows, and personalization tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
