Our team supports multiple lines of business by adapting to a wide variety of client-directed delivery models (Including high volume exclusive requirements, working within a highly competitive MSP, and directly sourced positions with fewer competitive firms. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.

This will be 3 months contract to start with the possibility of converting to Full Time Perm.


Key Responsibilities

  • :Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • .Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job decoding to offer negotiation
  • .Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine fit for the role and company culture
  • .Collaborate with Managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices
  • .Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events
  • .Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and provide regular updates to team
  • .Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
  • .Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes

Qualifications

  • :Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • .5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • .Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools
  • .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • .Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • .Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • .Should be flexible and adaptable to the changes as our business needs evolves
