Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to help us achieve our goals. Our team supports multiple lines of business by adapting to a wide variety of client-directed delivery models (Including high volume exclusive requirements, working within a highly competitive MSP, and directly sourced positions with fewer competitive firms. This role requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
This will be 3 months contract to start with the possibility of converting to Full Time Perm.
Key Responsibilities
- :Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- .Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job decoding to offer negotiation
- .Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine fit for the role and company culture
- .Collaborate with Managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices
- .Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events
- .Maintain an organized pipeline of candidates and provide regular updates to team
- .Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future opportunities
- .Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to improve processes and outcomes

Qualifications
- :Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- .5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- .Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and tools
- .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- .Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- .Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other HR software
- .Should be flexible and adaptable to the changes as our business needs evolves
