Role : Partnerships Manager

Capacity: Full Time

Location: BGC, Manila, Philippines

Work Set-up: Hybrid

Reporting to: Insurance - PH Business Head

Experience Range: 3-5 Years.

This person would be responsible for managing all strategic long term partnerships with Insurance companies & business partners in the Philippines and will be a core member of the team with direct impact on commercials (both topline and bottomline).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing partner relationships with insurance companies & business partners in the insurance space, while working on developing more partnerships as per the business needs.
  • Negotiate commercial and legal terms with partner financing companies on a regular basis and look for opportunities of growth for both parties via effective plans and solutions.
  • Build great relationships with the partner financing companies at a HO and regional level to solve regular operational challenges faced by the Sales Team.
  • Regular cadence around performance discussion and problem solving with the partner banks and any other issues that may arise thematically as part of regular operations.

Candidate Preference:

  • Partnership, Sales or Business Development experience
  • Willingness to travel to visit partner companies within Metro Manila or outside if necessary
