- Build, maintain, and generate business performance reports using various systems.
- Regularly review BI reports to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Help users interpret performance data for actionable insights.
- Manage feedback processes to improve business and sales reports.
- Ensure data quality through cleansing processes and protocols.
The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:
- Two years of experience and knowledge of data analysis and visualization, using it to gain insights and drive improvements.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification, or other evidence of equivalent knowledge
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and analytical tools.
- Skilled in data analysis and interpretation.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
