Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming emails from the caregiver management software
- Update calendar software with accurate caregiver and client information
- Track caregiver clock-ins and ensure they are within 0.25 miles of client locations
- Identify and flag discrepancies for follow-up by the management team
- Copy and paste relevant information to designated spreadsheets or boards
- Assist in maintaining an efficient workflow for caregiver assignments and client care
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in data entry
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn software such as RingCentral and Google Workspace
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work full-time hours

- Responsible for managing data for hundreds of caregivers and clients
- Collaborate with US-based management team to ensure data accuracy and follow-up actions
